We value our learners and aim to maintain transparency in all transactions.

1. Refund Eligibility

At Sekho Ilam, our courses are digital and accessible immediately upon payment. However, we offer a 2-day refund policy under the following conditions:

  • The learner has not completed more than 20% of the course.
  • The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Valid proof of payment and account ownership is provided.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
  • If the learner has accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • If more than 2 days have passed since the purchase.
  • If the issue is due to personal device or internet problems.
3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@sekhoilam.pk with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
